These Terms govern the relationship between you (referred to as a "Funder" or “Investor” or "you") and MyFarmer Labs Limited ("MyFarmer," "the Company," "we," or "us") when you fund third-party farmers through our mobile application (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully. We recommend that you seek independent advice before deciding to fund a farmer through the Platform, as we do not provide any advice or recommendations.
The Company only allows you to fund a farm applied for by farmers on the Platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether the Platform is suitable for your needs and whether using our services is appropriate for you. Please note that agreeing to these Terms does not mean that we have confirmed the suitability of the Platform or our services for you.
We advise you to assess whether funding a farm through the Platform aligns with your risk tolerance and investment goals. You should only fund farms with money that you are financially capable of losing given your other financial commitments. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the necessary experience and knowledge to understand the risks involved.
You may agree to these Terms by registering as a funder on our mobile application or by signing a copy of the Terms. By continuing to use our website, you agree to these Terms, the Terms of Use, our privacy policy, and to transact business with us and receive communications electronically.
MyFarmer Labs Limited is a registered limited company based in Myanmar. We are an AgTech Social Enterprise that offers innovative and digital solutions for users to fund farm project and for farmers to receive funding for cultivation.
You acknowledge and confirm that you have read and comprehended the Privacy Policy of the Company, which sets out details on the manner in which we collect, utilize, and safeguard your personal information that you share with us. Moreover, you recognize that the Company may revise and modify this policy occasionally.
